A proud graduate of Texas A&M Commerce, she cherished her education and applied her knowledge to forge a successful career that blended her love for numbers with her innate ability to connect with people.
Beyond her professional life, Angela was the embodiment of fun and vibrance—known to many as the life of the party. She approached every day with a zest for life that was contagious, lighting up every room she entered. Her outgoing personality and great sense of humor made her a beloved figure among friends and family alike, leaving a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Angela’s family was her world. She married Gregory King, her companion and confidant, with whom she shared a love that inspired everyone around them. Angela was especially devoted to her beloved grandchildren, whom she adored with all her heart. They basked in her warmth, and she delighted in creating treasured memories with them, always eager to shower them with love and gifts as she indulged her passion for shopping—not just for herself, but for others, as she took joy in seeing the smiles her generosity would bring.
Angela was also a member of the Jeep Girl Mafia, embracing her adventurous spirit through her love for Jeeps. She found joy in the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts and the freedom of the open road, reflecting her zest for life.

Angela is survived by her loving husband, Gregory King, and her cherished family, including her dear children Erin and Gregory Buford. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during visitation on October 3, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. The funeral service will be held the following day, October 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Friendship West Baptist Church.
