Rev. Frances Cudjoe Waters, J.D. is the Founder and C.E.O. of FCW Consulting and the African American Renaissance, L.L.C. A highly-regarded Educational, Diversity and Organizational Strategic Consultant. Rev. Dr. Frances serves as Chair of the Dallas Task Force on Confederate Monuments Born in the Bronx, New York, she graduated with honors from Stanford University and Harvard Law School and has served as an Associate Pastor in the United Methodist Church. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the SMU (Southern Methodist University) Meadows School and on the Education and Engagement Committee of the Dallas Museum of Art. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and a proud wife and Jack and Jill mom.
