Robert Washington, beloved and respected by all who knew him, has sadly passed away on February 8, 2024. He was born on October 12, 1947, and his departure from this world leaves a void that will be felt deeply.

A man of great integrity and kindness, Robert touched the lives of many through his warmhearted nature and unwavering dedication to his family and friends. His passing is mourned by all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

In remembrance of Robert’s life, a series of events will be held to honor his memory. The first event, a Viewing, will take place at the GOLDEN GATE FUNERAL HOME and A CREMATORY in Dallas on February 16, 2024. The viewing will begin at 2:00 PM and conclude at 8:00 PM, providing an opportunity for loved ones to pay their respects and offer final goodbyes.

On February 17, 2024, a Funeral Service will be held at the same location. This solemn occasion will commence at 11:00 AM and conclude at noon as friends and family gather together to commemorate Robert’s life and find solace in their shared memories.

Robert will be laid to rest on February 20, 2024, in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The burial service will commence at 9:30 AM with a brief ceremony honoring his life before he is laid to eternal rest among the peaceful surroundings of the cemetery. Located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy in Dallas, this final resting place embodies serenity and offers solace to loved ones who wish to visit in the years to come.
