OBIT: CHARLIE LEE TRIMBLE

Charlie Lee Trimble, born on November 26, 1957, took his final bow on January 27, 2025, leaving behind a profound legacy woven into the very fabric of those who had the privilege to know him. In a world that often seems to rush in relentless motion, Charlie was a vibrant spark of warmth and wisdom, illuminating the paths of many with his generous spirit.

Throughout his life, Charlie embodied a unique gentleness that drew people into his orbit. His laughter, rich and hearty, resonated with a cadence that made even the grayest days feel vibrant. For those fortunate enough to share in his journey, Charlie was not just a friend or family member; he was a confidant, a storyteller, and a source of unwavering strength.

As we gather to celebrate Charlie’s life, we honor a man whose heart was as expansive as the Texas skies. He will be remembered for his unwavering kindness, his astute sense of humor, and his deep-seated love for those around him. He had a remarkable ability to listen, to truly hear the unspoken words, and offer solace when it was most needed.

The journey of remembrance begins with the Viewing, a poignant moment for friends and family to reflect on the countless memories stitched together by shared laughter and heartfelt conversations. This gathering will take place on February 19, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, Texas, 75224.

The service will culminate at 2:00 PM, offering a final opportunity to honor a soul that has left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Charlie Lee Trimble may have departed this earthly realm, but his spirit will continue to dance in the memories we cherish and the stories we tell. As we recount tales of his kindness and compassion, may we find comfort in knowing that he continues to live on through each of us, guiding us with the light he so generously shared during his time with us.
