Continuing a commitment to teamwork, inclusion, and insightful leadership, the Dallas Mavericks announced the 2024-26 Dallas Mavericks Advisory Council (DMAC). The council was created in 2018 to provide advice, ideas and feedback to the Dallas Mavericks and ultimately to assist in the achievement of business goals. DMAC consists of approximately 30 leaders representing various industries and communities across North Texas.
“The contributions of DMAC members over the past six years have been significant and far exceeded my expectations,” said Dallas Mavericks CEO Cynt Marshall. “I’m grateful for their service and dedication as we work together to bring our values to life in every aspect of our business.”
Each member brings a unique perspective and plays a valuable role in advising, assisting and supporting the Dallas Mavericks. The make-up of the council is refreshed every two years. This third cohort of leaders will help the Mavs as they work to excite, inspire and unite fans, team members, and communities.
“The Dallas Mavericks Advisory Council is a critical piece to how we conduct our business,” says Katie Edwards, Chief Impact Officer for the Mavericks and D-MAC Co-Chair. “We value the opportunity to listen and learn from people outside of the organization and connect with diverse communities across our region. Welcome to all of our new members!”
