
Brittnee C. Thomas is the Executive Director of the Lenora Rolla Heritage Center Museum and the Tarrant County Black Historical and Genealogical Society in Fort Worth. She brings more than 17 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development, and program development to her new role. Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Tarleton State University and an Executive Master’s in Public Administration from Southern University at Baton Rouge. She is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Policy and Public Administration at Walden University. In her role, Thomas leads museum operations and programming while helping preserve and share the history and contributions of African Americans in Tarrant County. Her work also includes community involvement through organizations focused on education, leadership, and service.
