Texas Talent Shines Bright on National Signing Day

National Signing Day highlighted Texas’ football talent with top recruits committing to major programs. Keelon Russell, the No. 1 QB in Texas and No. 2 nationally from Duncanville, committed to Alabama after a standout season with 3,652 yards, 52 touchdowns, and two interceptions. Dakorien Moore, the state’s No. 1 WR from Duncanville, heads to Oregon with 64 catches, 1,258 yards, and 18 touchdowns. Other signings include Michael Fasusi (Lewisville) to Oklahoma, Devin Sanchez (North Shore) to Ohio State, Daylon Singleton (DeSoto) to SMU, Keylan Abrams (DeSoto) to TCU, and Byron Washington (DeSoto) to Syracuse. Despite securing their college futures, these athletes remain focused on competing for a state championship.
