Kimberly Calton is a valued member of the Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT). As the talent acquisition manager for human resources, Kimberly manages recruitment efforts to support hiring exceptional talent for CFT. She is passionate about learning about people, building diverse teams, and improving hiring processes. Before joining CFT, Kimberly worked in talent acquisition for multinational accounting firms, health care organizations and tech companies. She has volunteer experience fundraising for nonprofits across the Dallas community. Kimberly holds dual bachelor’s degrees in international studies and French from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in dispute resolution and conflict management from Southern Methodist University.
