Bobby Ray “Sock” Washington, Sr., 77 of Fort Worth, Texas, joined our heavenly father on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, surrounded by family. 

Bobby was born on February 20, 1947, in Nash, Texas, to Clyde L. Washington, Sr. and Emma Lee (Snowden)Washington. 

He took the Lord on in baptism at a young age and has been a member of the Church of Christ ever since.

He married Mary Louise Runnels on April 20, 1969. He is preceded in death by his Daughter, Brandi Rashawn Washington; Father and Mother; Brother, Cledis L. Washington; Sister, Mary Helen Finn; Grandson, Juan Merino Jr. and Daughter-in-law, Michelle Washington. 

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, Wife, Mary Louise Washington, Children, Bobby Ray Jr., Brad, Bryson and Brittany “Jamie”, 10 siblings, 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
