Regina Caldwell graduated Salutatorian of her high school class in Redwater, Texas. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University-Commerce and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Amberton University. Regina has been in Human Resources for over 25 years. Before joining the Dallas Morning News, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Evolution Health. In that role, she was the only African American on the team. In November 2020 she created the Black Girl Volleyball Magic (BGVM)Facebook family/group. A member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Regina has served in undergraduate, local and regional leadership roles. Regina owns Arm Candy by Gina, designing and creating jewelry items.
