This is one of the few vaccine clinics available for ages 5 and up in the Southern Sector of Dallas

WHO: Friendship-West Baptist Church, L&H Scientific Labs and Trustn Diagnostics are partnering to host a COVID-19 clinic for people ages 5 and up.

WHEN: Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

WHERE: Friendship-West Baptist Church, 2020 W Wheatland Road, Dallas, TX 75232

WHAT/WHY: The event is being held to assure public access to the vaccine, particular for children ages 5-11 in the southern Dallas communities. Access to vaccines had been very limited in southern Dallas this far. This event will present one of the few vaccination clinics available in Southern Dallas for young kids ages 5-11 to receive the vaccine.

Adults will need to present ID and their vaccination card to receive the initial vaccine, repeat doses or boosters. Proof of age will be required for kids and can be satisfied by presenting shot records, report cards, or birth certificate. CDC Vaccination cards are required for second doses and boosters.

This event is free and open to the public and will have 1st, 2nd, and booster Pfizer doses available for ages 5 and up. They will also have 1st, 2nd, and booster Moderna doses available.
