Alfreda Webb is the Community Engagement & Impact Manager at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano, where she leads community and employee engagement initiatives. With more than 23 years of healthcare experience, Webb began her career in diagnostic medical sonography before moving into healthcare analytics, quality improvement, and project management. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida. Webb works with community organizations to provide health education, screenings, and programs that address community health needs. She was also selected for the 2026–2027 cohort of D CEO’s Emerging Women Leadership Network.
