Denice Byrd hails from Big Spring, TX and graduated from Big Spring High School, where she played in the band. An independent consultant with Paparazzi Accessories, she is the founder of Harbor Place-Community Based Care, where she created a platform built on the principles of empowerment, support, and positive change, serving as a bridge between community members and vital resources. Denice is an advocate for community well-being and youth engagement and she has worked with the City of Duncanville as a police Communications Dispatcher and PSO, and and also with UNIFY Child Placing Agency.
