HISTORY: In August 2024, Crowley ISD and Paul Quinn College announced their historic Texas Innovation Partnership, established by Senate Bill 1882. As part of the partnership, the Quinnite Schools Network (QSN), a dedicated educational division of Paul Quinn College, is spearheading initiatives that connect middle school students with college life. As part of Paul Quinn College, QSN operationalizes CISD middle school campus programs by providing a pathway to college, career, and beyond.
Tarrant To & Through Partnership joined forces with Crowley ISD in 2022 to provide students with the tools and resources they need to better understand their postsecondary options after high school and connect their educational journey to a career path that fulfills their life goals. CISD has two GO Centers where students can familiarize themselves with the college admissions process and various higher education pathways available to them, as well as build a relationship with their T3 advisor.
The college excursion will be one of many, featuring interactive workshops, discussion panels with college students, and a guided tour of the historic Paul Quinn College campus. With this initiative, Crowley ISD, Paul Quinn College, and Tarrant To & Through Partnership aim to make a lasting impact on each student, building confident, college-ready middle school leaders.
