As an appreciation event for the residents of the Cedar Crest neighborhood, the Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center will conduct two Center Table food distribution drive-through events. On Wednesday, 4-21-21 it was from 11 am-1 pm sponsored by Beyond Meat. They served 200 to-go Beyond Burger sliders from its food truck. Beyond Meat is a plant-based meat company that provides a healthier and environmentally friendly alternative to animal meat. And on Thursday, the North Texas Food Bank will distribute 400-500 food boxes from 9 am-12 noon. The Center Table Spring Giveaway Program is presented by the Mark Cuban Foundation in partnership with The Dirk Nowitzki Foundation and The Heroes Foundation.
