Jessica Mikell is a passionate leader in community relations, currently serving as the Director of Community Relations for the Houston Rockets. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medicine and a Master’s in Public Administration from Texas Southern University. Jessica began her career in marketing and public relations with the Mississippi Braves Minor League Baseball team and later became the Inner City Youth Area Marketing Coordinator at Group Excellence. She returned to the Rockets in 2013, where she worked in community relations before transitioning to roles with organizations like BakerRipley, Yellowstone Schools, and the American Red Cross. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Jessica is committed to impactful community engagement and public service.
