She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities from Northwestern State University and her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law from Louisiana State University. Michelle has worked for many years with various educational institutions, including charter schools with students ranging from Pre-K to High School, boards, school oversight committees, as well as both public and private universities. She is an avid reader in her spare time, loves art and artistic people, and enjoys traveling internationally.
