In 2011, two brothers decided to make getting dirty profitable. Established by cowboys Jonathan and Jason Jackson, Berkshire Farms specializes in free-range, local pork. With the success of Berkshire Farms and a growing desire amongst the two brothers to pair their meats with spirits, they began to delve into another industry, wine.
