First Lady Loretta Louise Dunlap, age 75, passed away on June16, 2024. She is the First Lady of Victory Chapel Sanctuary COGIC and was deeply cherished by her late husband, Pastor Billy Dunlap. Preceded in death by Her Son Reginald Dunlap I.  Survived by Her only living child Veronica Dunlap Stroops, Loretta had a passion for education, teaching, and had a profound love for words, her family, and her church community.

She was born on May 1, 1949, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many with her kindness and unwavering faith. First Lady legacy of love and devotion will forever be remembered by all who knew her.

Visitation for First Lady will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas on July 5th, from 11AM – 7PM. followed by a Funeral Service at COMMUNITY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH in   Cedar Hill, Texas July 6th starting at 11:00 AM the following day.

In this time of loss, let us remember First Lady Loretta Louise Dunlap for the love she shared and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
