Carlene volunteers with Cancer Care Services as a member of the board of directors. She also helps with client-related services for CCS, Komen for the Cure, and The American Cancer Society. She’s a real estate broker and a 

Stage 2 breast cancer survivor, Carlene is a mother and proud grandmother.  She is the founder and CEO of Shades of Survivor and her mission is to inform and educate others about cancer; with emphasis on the African American Community.
