Parkland Health & Hospital System, Dallas County’s public health system, is partnering with Dallas County Health and Human Services and the City of Dallas to open a walk-up COVID-19 testing location at Parkland’s Irving Health Center, 1800 N. Britain Road, on Monday, November 16. The testing site will be open 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, or until testing limits reach capacity.
