Paulette Cornish was born December 27, 1959, in Dallas, Texas to Lorenzo Chalmers and Luvenia Wyatt. She received her formal education from Dallas Public Schools, graduating from Franklin D. Roosevelt High School. She then furthered her educational endeavors at Allstate Business College, earning her a degree. After 30 plus years of service, Paulette retired from J.P Morgan Chase Bank.

She married the love of her life, Fred Cornish on April 12, 1993, in Dallas, Texas. To this union, two sons joined, Jaeson Cornish and Christopher Cornish.

She received Jesus Christ as her personal savior at a young age and attended New Waverly Baptist Church where she sung in the choir.

Paulette departed this earthly life on July 29, 2023. She will be remembered for her amazing personality, beautiful singing voice, cooking, being a jokester, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Cornish, parents, Luvenia Wyatt, and Lorenzo Chalmers.

Paulette leaves to cherish her wonderful life: her children, Christopher Cornish, and Jaeson Cornish; grandchildren; Jayda and Jaeson Jr.; brothers, Cedric Bolden (Irene), James Brown, and Wendell Chalmers; sisters, Irene Williams (John), Evohn Bolden (Nate), Christie Price, Patricia Calloway (Jerome), and Tonya Chalmers, along with a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
