Linda Marie Mayberry

Linda Mayberry was born on August 18, 1947, in Itasca, Texas, to Willie and Addie Lee Johnson. She graduated from Jeanette Sanford High School. Linda was an industrial worker for over forty plus years. She loved to cook and invite family and friends over for dinner after church on Sundays. She never met a stranger. She was always willing to give a helping hand to whoever needed help. Sister Linda was a faithful member of Parklake Church of Christ in Waco, Tx, for over 30 years. She was called home from her labor to reward on March 3, 2023, at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Addie Lee Johnson, two brothers Earnest Lee Ervin and Willie Johnson; two sisters, Minnie Rose Johnson and Addie Lee Collins; one son Jackie Tyrone Mayberry; and one grandson, Adrian Mayberry. 

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Raymond Mayberry; three daughters, Sarah Mayberry of Lancaster, Tx, Hester Mayberry of Waxahachie, Tx, and LaRane Mayberry Deason (James) of Desoto, Tx; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Crystal, and Lance Mayberry of Dallas, Tx, Darius Brown (Micah) of Waco, Tx, Jasmine Mayberry of Houston Tx, and Tevin McGruder of Hillsboro, Tx; Fifteen great grandchildren;  a host of nieces, nephews; two uncles; one aunt; and one special friend Mr. Argene who always checked on our mother.
