WHAT: Visible from miles away in every direction, the historic Ryan Tower at the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) will be dedicated at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at 10 a.m.
UNT Dallas broke ground on the new landmark – officially named the Amanda & G. Brint Ryan Tower – in 2021. The 180-foot tower serves as an icon of the university, a symbol for higher learning and a location to establish UNT Dallas Trailblazer customs and traditions.
Joining Amanda and G. Brint Ryan for the ribbon-cutting will include UNT Dallas President Bob Mong, Senator Royce West and other UNT Dallas leadership team members.
