The 95-year-old Lee, known for her walks across the country in an effort to get Juneteenth designated as a national holiday, sat courtside right next to the Wings bench. She was honored before the game against the Seattle Storm with a customized “Juneteenth” jersey emblazed with the No. 19 on the back. She also took photos with both the Wings and Storm players.  Lee visited the Wings practice earlier in the week as well.
