The founder and owner of DFWiRadio, Pearl Jones enjoyed stints as a promotions manager at A&M Records and EMI Records and also 97.9 The Beat and K104 FM. A mother and grandmother, Pearl is revered by industry greats for her no-nonsense, attention to detail and stellar work ethic. Disenchanted with what radio had begun to morph into, she soon turned to working with performing artists in road and tour management. In 2007, intrigued with internet broadcasting, she began the process of building her own iRadio station and DFWiRadio launched in December of 2009, then later she launched DFWiGospel Radio and most recently launched 24SevenBlack.com in 2021.
