Congregational Security Inc. (CSI) is a security company specializing in church security. Texas require all individuals who work as security officers in their church to be state certified. CSI trains and certifies individuals with State certification and documentation. These individuals may or may not be armed. They also carry liability insurance on these officers. Approx.20 to 30 hours of training is mastered annually and taught by former and current police officers. The training manuals come from CEO Dwayne Bishop’s decades of working with the National Basketball Association, the National Football Association, The National Hockey League, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The United States Secret Service, Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard), and many others schools which the graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham attended during his many years of service with the Dallas Police Department, including in the Intelligence Division.
