Chatashia Brown is a Dallas native and Managing Director of Opportunity & Impact at the Dallas Regional Chamber. Her career has focused on education, inclusion, community impact, and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities. Before joining the chamber, Brown served as an Equity and Inclusion Coordinator for the City of Dallas and as Assistant Director for Student Diversity and Inclusion at Texas Wesleyan University. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University and Texas Christian University and holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership. Through her professional and community work, Brown helps connect businesses, organizations, and leaders while supporting efforts designed to strengthen opportunities across North Texas.
