Courtney Caldwell currently serves as a board member of KING URBAN LIFE CENTER INC and CEO of ShearShare, a platform that connects beauty and barbering professionals with available salon and barbershop space. Before co-founding ShearShare, Caldwell worked in technology marketing, including leadership roles with Oracle and RightNow Technologies. Caldwell became the first African American woman to be named SMU Cox School of Business’ Outstanding Young Alumna. Caldwell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Honors Marketing from Southern Methodist University and her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas. Through her work in technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship, Caldwell continues to support business growth and create opportunities for beauty professionals.
