She has gained experience as an analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald, Accenture, and Deloitte; before going on to Block+Tackle. She has become skilled Skilled in analyzing workforce data, anticipating client needs, developing strategic solutions, and delivering actionable insights to drive organizational performance, enhance employee experience, and support large-scale transformation initiatives. A former Miss Black USA, Kennedy is talented, beautiful, creative and intelligent.
