Rhonda Ivery originally hails from Panama City, Panama, by way of Riverside, California. She was the first Community Arts Manager and she retired this month, after an impressive career working in an area where she was enthusiastic and passionate — the arts. You have to hear what those who love and respect her have to say because she was a true servant and promoter of the arts and community. Previously Rhonda worked with the City of Dallas’ Office of Special Events where she organized large-scale events as a Special Event Permit Coordinator for 12 years.
