Jacqie McWilliams Parker is the Commissioner of the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association. She attended Sierra High School, graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and then went on to Temple University to obtain her Master of Education in Sports Management, and she wi working on her PhD in Higher Education. Her extensive portfolio included stints at NCAA as the Director of Championships and Alliances, at Morgan State University as Assistant Athletics Director for External Operations, and at Norfolk State University as Director of Compliance. Hailing from Colorado Springs, Co, she is a wife, mother and grandmother who loves HBCUs, and enjoys rollerskating, photography, completing puzzles, and bird watching.
