Lisa Sherrod, or Edlecia Sherrod is an assistant Vice President of External and Legislative Affairs at AT&T. A graduate of Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, Lisa is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc and Links, Inc. A true community servant, Lisa is committed to several civic organizations, including the Dallas League of Women Voters, The Family Place, Dallas Friday Group and the Dallas Regional Chamber Public Policy Council. She received her Master’s in Public Administration from the Barbara Jordan-Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University.
Her portfolio includes stints as Outreach Director for Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson in Dallas, she served on the Washington policy staff of Congresswoman Johnson and Congressman Ken Bentsen. She is also an alumna of Leadership Dallas and Leadership Texas.
