Dr. Zina C. Pierre, is a powerhouse in politics, faith, and business and she’s been building bridges for more than 35 years. She is the founding President & CEO of Reyarp Strategies Group (government relations and advocacy consulting) and Quora Alkaline Water Bottling Company, both headquartered in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Dr. Pierre also pastors full-time at Bethel Restoration Church and she is the author of, “Your Prayers Matter to God.” Her political résumé runs deep: eight years in the Clinton Administration, capping off as Special Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs. Before that, she spent a decade in TV broadcasting. She holds Ph.D.’s in Religious Philosophy and Political Science, and currently serves as President of the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation.
