Shannon D. Fletcher, MBA is a Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and External Affairs for JPS Health Network. She is experienced in Non-profit Management, Public Affairs, Public Policy, Community Relations and Fund Development, skilled in Budget and Fiscal Management, public speaking, interpersonal and community relationship building, researching, and writing. She is also certified in strategic philanthropy and fundraising. Her impressive portfolio includes stints at Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office, Generation Hope Laptop Program, and National MS Society. She received her B.A. Degree from UT Austin and continued her education at Indiana University and Texas Christian University.
