Dr. Deborah Kelley-Hill is the Director of Community & Government Affairs at Kevin Kelley Concepts/Kelley Law Firm. Having her in such a position is a definite plus because she is a community servant leader who has a special knack for discerning and filling needs. She loves her faith, family, the community, and people. A wife (recently widowed), mother, and grandmother, she has her finger on the pulse of the community, and she is always doing something to make this world a better place. She has also served as Chief of Staff at Kelley Law Firm, and she serves on the board of the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce. She was also a much-loved and admired staffer at Paul Quinn College’s campus.
