Dallas Smoke Fest was recognized today at Dallas City Hall as they prepare to kick off their five-day celebration this week in Dallas.
Members of the City Council presented the group with a proclamation honoring two years of building community through cigar culture.
The upcoming convention, happening November 5–9, featuring cigar tastings, wine and tequila samplings, upscale dining, live music, and a charity golf tournament all celebrating culture, connection, and community. The event also supports local youth programs and national causes like the Wounded Warrior Project and The Jimmy V Foundation.
CEO Kimioni Jackson shared, “Dallas Smoke Fest is a professional event that highlights culture there’s no judging of color or creed. This community brings people together in a way I’ve never seen.”
Former City Council Member Casey Thomas, who now serves as a board member and Government Relations Director, added, “It shows the city is truly behind this event. It’s a cultural experience that brings people together from all walks of life. For the city and Visit Dallas to want to partner with you speaks volumes, because you’re bringing people from all around the country here.”
The Dallas Smoke Fest Convention showcases top cigar brands like Friends Cigars, JC Newman, and Sticks and Stones LLC, along with many more.
As Dallas Smoke Fest continues to grow, the convention officially kicked off bringing together community, culture, and luxury in one space, one cigar at a time.
