Monthly meetups bring together film, media, fashion, music and entertainment professionals

These monthly mixers are a hit, and now in a bigger location. Creatives Meetup Dallas, founded by actor Adrian Lockett, has grown since the initial event in December 2024. Now at Hillside Social in Cedar Hill, the October installment on Oct. 8, 2025 featured professionals from a variety of creative spaces, including legendary hip hop artist Peter Gunz. A fashion show by Fashik Brand lit up the space as well. Many who support the collaborative effort and artistic exchange also attended in celebration of Lockett’s birthday.
