Nia-Tayler Clark is a storyteller, entrepreneur, and advocate. Rooted in faith and purpose, she founded BLACKLIT in 2019, launching the first subscription box to exclusively highlight Black authors and entrepreneurs. What began as a passion project quickly became a movement, leading to the opening of the first and only bookstore in Farmers Branch. She has worked as an advanced literature instructor at UTA, a lead teacher at Grand Prairie ISD, and an independent contractor- product marketing manager. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., she received her BS Degree from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from East Texas A&M University.
