She is the Founder of Girl Nation Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering girls and young women through leadership development, mentorship, and discipleship. James is also the founder and CEO of Katalyst Leadership Institute, where she provides leadership and culture consulting. She hosts the “Rest Lab” Podcast. James received education and training in the United States and United Kingdom and holds several degrees and certifications in Biblical Studies, Education Administration, Organizational Development, and School Law.
