Dr. Rhonda Glover Reese, the CEO of The Rhonda M. Glover Group and Certified Professional Coach for Performance Protocol, spent more than three decades with the FBI. Dr. Reese received the FBI Director’s Award for Equal Employment Opportunity for her work in leadership, training, recruitment, and the expansion of opportunities for women and minorities. A life member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, she founded the NOBLE Youth Program in 2001. She served as its national youth committee chairperson. Dr. Reese earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University; M.S. in Management from Johns Hopkins University; and Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
