Carolyn Hayden-Garner has built an impressive career in global business leadership, but she has also learned the importance of making room for life outside the office. In a published interview, she reflected on the pressure she once felt to work long hours and miss family activities to prove herself professionally. She brings more than 30 years of workforce and payroll experience to her work, including leadership roles with CBRE, Northrop Grumman and Tesla. Carolyn founded Mothers Shut In, a nonprofit focused on empowering women, and serves as a national board trustee for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Her journey is a reminder that success should leave room for what matters most.
