At the September 1 Glenn Heights City Council Meeting, the city presented a proclamation to Austin T. Kelley in recognition of his more than 15 years of dedicated service on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Since November 2010, Mr. Kelley had played a vital role in helping guide the City’s growth and development through his commitment to responsible planning, thoughtful decision-making, and public service.
