Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Carolyn King Arnold takes time out to help serve senior citizens

It was a twofer day, celebrating Valentine’s Day and Black History Month at the Hearts for Hearts Luncheon and Learn for Seniors hosted by Mayor Pro Tem, Carolyn King Arnold. (Dallas Council Member- District 4)
