OBIT: DANNY WELLS

Danny Wells, born on August 10, 1966, in Ferriday, Louisiana, passed away on August 12, 2025, in Arlington, Texas. He lived a life filled with joy and passion, deeply ingrained in love for his family and a steadfast dedication to the activities that brought him happiness.

A cherished member of his community, Danny was known for his love of barbecuing, often bringing family together through delicious meals and laughter. His enthusiasm for hosting family gatherings illustrated his strong belief in the importance of togetherness and connection.

In addition to his culinary skills, Danny was an avid supporter of the Dallas Cowboys. His passion for the team was well-known, and he found great joy in cheering them on, fostering camaraderie amongst fellow fans.

Danny’s memory will be celebrated during viewings at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas, on August 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and at Doty Road Church of God in Ferriday, Louisiana, on August 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will also be held at Doty Road Church of God on the same day, beginning at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

Danny’s legacy of love, warmth, and family devotion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. His impact on friends and family will not be forgotten, as they carry with them the memories of joyful moments spent together.
