Dr. Sabrina Hodge to Lead Dallas NAACP

The Dallas Branch of the NAACP has appointed Dr. Sabrina Hodge to serve as President of the Branch. Hodge is former second VP of the organization. 

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Prairie View A&M and earned her Masters of Educational Leadership and Doctor of Education in Higher Educational Leadership degrees from Texas A&M-Commerce.

The National NAACP was founded in 1909 in response to the ongoing violence against Black people around the country, the NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) is the largest and most pre-eminent civil rights organization in the nation.

The Dallas Branch NAACP was organized September 22, 1918 and since its inception, the Branch has been recognized for its participation in Legal Cases involving Segregation, Education and Economic disparities involving Blacks and people of color.
