Congratulations to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Omega Alpha Omega chapter on nine years of service to the Denton, Frisco, Little Elm, Prosper and The Colony, Texas communities. The chapter was chartered on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2015.
Members gathered at Sidecar Social at the conclusion of their monthly chapter meeting on March 9, 2024 for their “On Cloud 9” celebration that included food, games, conversations and fun!
Omega Alpha Omega is currently led by President LaWanna Willis. Former presidents Tuere Williams and Alana Miller were in attendance at the celebration as well. Chartering president Patrice Withers-Stephens and former president Alice Walker were not in attendance, yet extended their love and support.
Adorned in pink, white and pearls, the sorority sisters took over the top floor of the venue. The elevated celebration aligns with how the Omega Alpha Omega chapter is always “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood,” which is the sorority’s current international administration theme.
