Dr. Shenequa C. Miller works in construction and real estate development, but She is also the founder and president of SCM Integrity First Companies, developing properties across Texas. Her projects range from affordable tiny homes and multifamily housing to custom homes and commercial developments. Miller started her company in 2018 with a mission to help revitalize communities and create more opportunities for families. She believes homeownership can help families build generational wealth, especially in communities that have often been overlooked. She also joined the Community Developers Roundtable’s Fort Worth cohort to strengthen her work in community development. Through her business, Miller is working to create housing opportunities and help communities grow.
