Career politician Greg Abbott’s administration discussed selling more than 1,000 acres of Texas’s Boca Chica State Park to trillionaire Elon Musk’s SpaceX, according to explosive new reporting from Texas Monthly.
The discussions were so far along that the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission – whose members were all appointed and/or reappointed by Greg Abbott – planned to take up the potential sale during a closed door meeting on November 5 – two days after the election.
