
Renee Hall was the first woman to serve as Chief of Police of the Dallas (TX) Police Department. She is the President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), Executive Director of the Community Solidarity and Safety Coalition (CSSC), and the nationally respected law enforcement leader is Founder & CEO of TUU Enterprises, LLC, a consultancy focused on 21st-century policing strategies. President Hall holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University and two M.S. degrees in Security Administration and Intelligence Analysis from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a graduate of the FBI National Academy (Session 262) and the Major Cities Chiefs Association’s Police Executive Leadership Institute (PELI). She is a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
